Josh Biegnaar, non -Executive Director, brings a fresh and dynamic voice to our Board. As a young leader, he speaks directly to the heart of the RDP Homeowners community, especially its youth- the next generation. With a Bachelor of Divinity from River Bible Institute, he stands as a strong and values-driven role model, guiding the next generation toward active citizenship and meaningful engagement.

Josh has a unique ability to connect with young people, highlight their concerns, and inspire them to see themselves as part of the solution. His work encourages youth within RDP families to take part in shaping their community with pride, ownership, and responsibility.
