Meet Our Our Non-Executive Director
Xoliswa Bomvana
Xoliswa Bovana, our Non-Executive Director, is a true asset to the Estate Master Society, an educator who wants to serve the RDP Community. As a qualified teacher with a NQF5 Adult Basic Education (Unisa), practical experience over 20 years in community involvement, she brings a deep belief in the power of knowledge to change lives. Her passion lies in using education as the foundation for empowering RDP Homeowners to become informed, confident, and active citizens.
Throughout history, teachers have earned respect in every society. Her presence on our board reflects this value—bringing wisdom, structure, and community insight to our mission.
Instead of taking a broad approach, we focus our work specifically on RDP Homeowners. This targeted strategy ensures that our programs create meaningful engagement, encourage personal development, and produce long-term impact.
One-on-one support and community mentorship are central to our work and form a perfect match with our Financial Confidence Education (FCE) platform. The need for this kind of support is urgent and clear across RDP communities.
A Champion for Empowerment Through Education
At the Estate Master Society, we promote assertive communication – honest, clear, and respectful – so that people feel seen, heard, and supported.
With your partnership, we can expand our training, deepen community research, and build long-term financial confidence for South Africa’s most underserved homeowners. Together, we can shape a more financially resilient future.
